2006 Election Survey Results and Comments
- Install "Children at Play" street signs or speed bumps
Lower speed limit and children at play signs have posted
at either end of Petros Drive
- Community grass area upkeep
Grass areas are mowed and fertilized on a regular basis if there are concerns during
the 2007 Spring season please contact the board
- Have the City of Brownstown remove the snow
Petros Drive is a privately owned street and the City of Brownstown
will not maintain the roads and that includes removing snow
- Due to the absence of street lights could there be light posts installed for each lot
The Board has obtained pricing
information for installing light posts to lots if the home owners would like to participate in a "bulk purchase".
- Add a pond with a fence, fountain and benches to the community area
Due to liability and funding issues this is
not a viable option at this time
- Include addresses of nominees on the voting ballots
Lot numbers will be included on the next election ballots
- Get rid of the association
The master deed for the community is listed as a site condominium plan and must be maintained
by a Condominium Association
